  Great job on my little Chef Gas Stove installation. From the time technician Jordan stepped on site, work commenced. Neat and functional, what you can't see, is the pride and workmanship put into this job from the outside to inside.

  Heritage Plumbing (HP) are truly one of the top plumbing trades in Melbourne. I had an issue with drainage in my property, it turned out I had a broken PVC pipe due to root intrusion. Although HP did not do the initial unblocking I provided them the quote, report, video and pictures of the issue the previous plumber undertook. Obviously I was seeing if the initial quote for repair was fair and reasonable. What really impressed me and made me choose HP was the honesty and integrity Josh showed. Although the price provided was on par with what I was originally quoted the courtesy and reassurance I received from Josh was ultimately why I chose HP. Josh was quick to book the job and kept me in constant communication throughout. In fact Josh organised the job one day before it was scheduled! On the day; James and Jordan were allocated the job, both were courteous and efficient and didn’t mind my kids taking pictures, watching and asking silly questions while they were working. During the course of the repair there demolition hammer’s electrical cord was damaged and I had no hesitation to fix it for them as I am Electrical Engineer by trade and it was the least I could do with the service I was receiving. Throughout the day I asked them whether they needed anything, water, drinks or coffee and it was a consistent “No Thank you” They are machines and didn’t stop until the job was done. They made an effort to show me the issue and they cleaned up the entire driveway including the work area! It was cleaner than when they arrived! I couldn’t ask for anything more. I would have gladly paid more knowing the professionalism and workmanship I would be receiving. So next time you need anything plumbing or drainage, give Adrian, Josh or George a call. I know I have found my forever plumbers and will definitely reach out again when the need arises. Thank you so much Team Heritage Plumbing Group.

  5 years ago we moved into our home and within 3 weeks had to call a plumber. We called Heritage plumbing Group and were delighted with the prompt, professional response and advice. We have had different plumbing issues with our house since that first call out (old house and their plumbing) and we have only ever called Heritage plumbing because we have never not received excellent service from them, regardless of who picks up the phone and who is sent to the job. Yesterday we woke to a hot water system that had reached the end of its very long life. We called Heritage bang on opening and received fantastic service and advice on the type of replacement units we could choose from. A big thanks (again) to Heritage Plumbing again for many years of service but yesterday most recently. From the call at 7:30am to the plumber arriving at 9:30am and having the job completed by 12:30pm we can not fault them. Each step of the way professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have recommended Heritage Plumbing to family and friends and none of them have been disappointed.

  Mom had an issue with her kitchen and bathroom sinks for a bit now.
  
  Then came along her heroes Michael and Thomas.
  
  They initially came late at night but it was a tough nut to fix. They came the next day and fixed it.
  
  Mom is very happy and stress free!!
