  First time we ordered they put chicken salt on everything despite not requesting it and telling them my fiancée was vegetarian. They even put chicken salt on VEGETARIAN dim sims.
  
  When we called to make our order the girl just said "Hello", not even stating her name or the business name. For all I knew I dialled someone's house by accident.
  
  When I drove back and picked up our fixed up order without the chicken salt, the girl that served could not give a crap, didn't even apologise or say anything and just handed it over. Wasn't busy either.
  
  I will never be coming here again, they used to be decent a year ago but they do not care anymore.
  
  The chips and potato cakes are just awful now, save your money and try somewhere else. You'll have a better chance of having a decent meal with the dozen fish and chip stores around Reservoir.

  Rude service, no hair nets. Asked for chickeb salt, gives me normal salt, squishes all the food to one little bag, very bad customer service, too busy on their phone rather than acknowledging customers..
