    The staff are so friendly and after seing me struggle from my car as I have a walking stick, came out to help. It was like stepping back in time as I've never been for years and it's never changed.

    I have used the launderette for a number of years, only for bulky items of bedding which are too big for my washing machine. The service has always been good and friendly but today I found the price has really gone up. £16.80 to wash and dry a quilted top cover (not a duvet) I thought was a bit much.

    Washing on be left and picked up on same day. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will be using again.

    Does what it says on the tin. Friendly staff. You drop off your garments and collect them when they're ready. Never had any problems.

    Great and fast service.
    Used to use Cramlington Launderette until it closed. This is good.
    Dropped off two bags which they had done in 3 hours.
