It was a short time because I was eventually driven out by a tenant who constantly harassed and intimidated me.
Initially the manager was understanding but eventually became intolerant of my complaints. Nothing changed with the tenant, so I moved out.
The primary response by Love&Co, the real estate agents and housing company is to put all responsibility back onto the person who is suffering rather than be accountable. Owners corporation rules and tenancy agreements are not worth the paper they are written on when there is a significant problem.
