  Ray, Melissa and the team have been our agents for many years and they are without peer. We have used them for managing our rental properties as well as buying and selling. They are very proactive and dependable, and understand the market better than any of their peers, especially in the north. I recommend them without hesitation.

  I have been renting with Alyshia Challenger for nearly 2 yrs now and she has been very helpful, has been great/easy to communicate with and My partner and I feel very lucky to have had her as our agent! Would definitely recommend her if your looking to choose someone who will be understanding and go above and beyond for the tenants. :)

  Alyshia Challenger has been my property manager and has always tried to rectify any issues that come up as quickly as possible so it has minimal impact for the tenant and myself. She gives realistic solutions and great advice regarding managing a property. Would definitely recommend if looking for a property manager.

  Alyshia Challenger is a very efficient, hardworking and reliable property manager. It was a very stressful period when my previous tenants had to leave as they bought their own property. Alyshia made some important suggestions on how to make the place appealing/competitive to the market. These demonstrated her expertise and years of experience in the rental market/investment property sector. She had extensive contacts regarding tradespeople, etc who were able to complete the tasks. Within 2 weeks, the property was updated/refurbished to meet the consumers’ needs. After just a couple of inspections, we found new tenants: a young family who can now call it their home. I am truly grateful and highly recommend Alyshia.

  I've been renting with Alyshia from Ray Mascaro for 1 going onto 2 years. She's been incredibly responsive and helpful to all of our needs as renters when things unexpectedly went awry. Prior to moving in our first property last year, she fulfilled our requests almost instantly.
  
  They seem to have a good lot of landlords who try to do the right thing when needed. They are a great agency to rent with.

  HORRIBLE please avoid!!!! rented from them for over 6 years would not action repair requests said the owner was on pension no money. Then tried to charge me for existing damage when I left. They are awful unfriendly and racist I would suggest going elsewhere. This is the worst real estate agency in Australia avoid at all costs. Thanks for the awful reference for my new place ray mascaro I told and showed the new real estate the state of repair of your unit and they agreed you were scum.
