  The agents were so friendly and welcoming during the viewings. Even through it was busy it felt like he took time to chat and answer our questions about the house.
  They were also really helpful during the auction, signing and settlement period. Explained everything, made sure we understood and then told us the next steps. Was easy to contact and follow up with questions.

  I rent through Ray White in Reservoir and they are fantastic! My Property Manager Jen is always really helpful and always willing to assist. The process to to apply for the house was made really easy by Aaron and he helped me through the process and got back to me really quickly. They have an online portal for maintenance requests and overall just awesome to deal with. I also recommended them to a friend who was managing her own property based on my experience (she also came to my first inspection which was led by Aaron) and she signed up with RW Reservoir. Thank you for your great service!

  I am a long time renter. I’ve been renting properties for close to 40 years and so have experienced many real estate agents. Mostly my experience with renting through a real estate agent hasn’t always been a positive experience. Mostly they are happy to collect the rent but not prepared to do much more than that. Communication is always lacking.
  I have been renting with Ray White Reservoir for the past 6 months and already my experience with them has been friendly, positive and very helpful. All my queries have been promptly replied and any questions have been answered and issues immediately seen to. They always communicate with me in the most friendly and professional manner.
  I look forward to being a long term tenant through Ray White. It’s all been a positive experience to date.

  We have been renting with Ray White Reservoir for a few months now and they have been absolutely fantastic! The entire process from viewing the property, to getting paper work and moving in was so seamless. Our property manager Katerina has been great with communication and is quick to get back to us with any questions or queries we have had along the way. 10/10 would recommend!

  Great͏ agent and team overall
  Going͏ to the auction, I was unsure if I would bid and Val was never pushy and made me feel really comfortable. He was able to answer some of my queries about the local area, which helped me make my decision about the property. The stressful experience was made easier by his friendly relaxed attitude and I'm very happy the seller chose this agent.
