Their website said they were opened so I placed the order while I was away from home so my adult kids could eat. Order was confirmed and about half an hour later we were informed that they were actually closed!
Delivery hero offered a $10 credit so today I used it.
They were open today, placed order for a mixed pack and two mixed kebabs.
Somehow 1 kebab wasn't ordered.
So when the food arrived I was not happy to say the least.
He said it was delivery heros fault and that the ordering process is crap and inefficient.
I was very unhappy and made that clear.
I will never use that service again nor will I use that restaraunt.
The chips soggy and the meat was dry!
The kebab was disgusting, meat was dry and chunky with black hair in it?
Very disappointed with both services
The $10 credit from the first issue didn't even cover the $15 order charge! It cost $45 for a kebab and a mixed box?? Outrageous!
